Lifetime Limited Warranty
Integral Lighting products are sold with a Lifetime Limited Warranty to the original purchaser of the product. We manufacture our products to the best of our capabilities and pride ourselves on having an extremely low number of warranty repair claims.
Integral Lighting is designed, manufactured and serviced in the U.S.A.
We use the finest and most durable materials available. Stainless Steel and Aluminum with advanced polyester powder coatings in conjunction with non-ferrous materials are utilized in components to minimize corrosion. These parts are warranted for life.
This warranty entitles the original purchaser to repairs due to defective parts or workmanship.
This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser for the life of the Integral product and does not cover (a) accident, abuse, mishandling, vandalism; (b) units which have been subject to unauthorized repair, opened or taken apart, other than normal re-lamping; (c) units not installed in accordance with the instructions; (d) normal wear; (e) routine maintenance or service.
Lamps or light bulbs are not covered by this warranty.
Led modules are warranted for a period of 10 years or 40,000 hours, which ever comes first. Continuous operation above 12 volts AC voids this warranty.
This warranty is specifically limited to repairing or replacing all or any part of the product, which in the opinion of Hartman Design shall be proved to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and service. In no case shall Hartman Design be liable for any special or consequential damages, labor, repair or removal of the defective fixture, or any other costs or warranty, expressed or implied.
Integral Lighting does not warrant accessories or ancillary products that are sold by Integral Lighting but which are not manufactured by Integral. Those products are sold with the warranty, if any, of the manufacturer thereof.
The purchaser is responsible for packing and shipping prepaid return items.
