We do not grant territorial exclusivity; however, we understand the importance of respecting our dealers' service area and our responsibility to assist them in maximizing their earnings potential.
Integral Lighting is committed to providing support to our dealers by offering technical support, product education, customer service, and marketing assistance.Technical support and product education include field visits, product demonstration, and personal contact with qualified staff. Our customer service offers assistance with product availability, order placement, shipping, and complaint resolution. Marketing support includes promotional materials and advertising assistance.

Reputation
We seek relationships with established businesses, which have a reputation for providing superior customer service, and a sound credit history.
Design and technical Capability
A dealer candidate should be able to provide guidance and assist in layouts for applications. The dealer should also be able to advise contractors and designers on installation and management of a low voltage lighting systems.
Location and Facilities
New dealer will be established in areas where there is a need or potential for sales growth. A dealer candidate should possess a showroom area to display product, a warehouse for stocking product, along with shipping and receiving capabilities.
